and has 3 solid years of teaching experience in the local community.
She aspires promoting an active and health conscious lifestyle to her community, by sharing her knowledge in
fitness and spinal health strengthening, through an accommodating practice with different levels in mind,
combining with use of props and hands-on adjustments. She believes her classes are not just
about sweating, but also educating students to have better understanding of their bodies and

Momin LOK has been a professional Yoga Instructor since 2005. She graduated from the “Yoga Association of Hong Kong” where she was supervised by the Chairman, Master FONG Fai. She is a certified Instructor of the Basic and Intermediate Levels of Hatha Yoga, which she has practiced for more than 10 years. She also studied in India at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul at Nashik. Momin is Indian and speaks fluent Cantonese which has greatly enhanced her students’ learning experience at clubs and homes across Hong Kong and at the Modern Beauty Salon in Central. Momin says, “I am dedicated to the philosophy, teaching and practice of yoga at all levels and to my desire that all my students attain the ultimate aim which is the union of the mind, the body and the spirit.”
